Apprenticeship Scheme
At Honey Tots we offer an NVQ apprenticeship scheme which introduces enthusiastic individuals to childcare.
The scheme is funded, work is paid, and we expect our apprentices to qualify at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent within 12 - 18 months of joining us.
Our apprentices work alongside experienced professionals and we expect our apprentices to contribute to the care that we provide. You will combine ‘on the job’ training at the nursery with the need to manage your own ‘study time’. You will be supported by our staff and gain valuable hands on experience and training with the additional benefit of getting to know our wonderful children.
